2. Scope of Services and Website Use

  • Our website serves as an informational platform showcasing current trailer inventory and rental options including semi trailers such as belly dumps, end dumps, flatbeds, drop decks, RGN trailers, grain hoppers, sand hoppers, chain floors, side dumps, reefers, dry vans, and others.

  • Actual sales agreements and rental contracts are entered into directly between you and Area Trailer Sales and Rentals.

  • Use of the website and services is permitted for lawful, personal, or business purposes consistent with these Terms.

  • You agree not to interfere with website operation or misuse Company content.

  • You bear all responsibility to safeguard any login credentials provided and to notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.

  • Content on the website is protected by intellectual property laws and provided for your internal use only.

3. Orders, Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • Your orders for trailers or rental agreements become binding only upon our written acceptance.

  • Prices and availability of trailers, rentals, and services may change without notice; displays on the site are not guaranteed.

  • Payment terms, deposits, and credit arrangements will be discussed upon inquiry or quotation and are to be fulfilled as agreed.

  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, duties, freight, and handling charges.

  • Late or non-payment may subject your account to interest charges or service suspension.

4. Parts, Equipment & Warranty

  • We sell and rent trailers. Title transfers only after full payment.

  • Warranty coverage is as provided by manufacturers or specified in your sales or rental agreement; no additional warranties are made by us.

  • Installation or use of Customer-supplied parts is at your sole risk; we disclaim liability for associated failures.

5. Service Terms and Customer Obligations

  • We perform service and maintenance with commercially reasonable skill; timelines are estimates and may vary.

  • You agree to provide safe, timely access to all equipment.

  • You must maintain compliance with all laws governing vehicles, trailers, and cargo.

  • We disclaim liability for loss or damage to cargo or personal property during services or rentals.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Except as required by law, Company, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

  • Our total liability to you, for any claim relating to the use of our services or website, shall not exceed fees you paid within the preceding 12 months.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse or breach of these Terms.

7. Data Privacy and Security

  • We handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

  • Your information may be shared with necessary parties (e.g., for rental processing or service fulfillment).

12. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

  • These Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements constitute the entire agreement.

  • No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created between you and Company through your use of our services.
